The Competitors section in AIRO Coach allows you to centralize information about your main competitors to better prepare your teams for strategic conversations. Thanks to this feature, you can identify competitors’ strengths, highlight your differentiating advantages, and anticipate objections during calls.
Prerequisites:
- Have administrator access in Empower.
- Have the AIRO Coach feature enabled in your settings.
- Prepare key information about your competitors (website, description, strengths/weaknesses, etc.).
Accessing the Competitors Section
- Open Settings in Empower.
- Click on AIRO Coach and then on Competitors.
- The list of competitors already added will appear, with the option to enable or disable each of them.

Adding a Competitor
Click on Add Competitors. Two options are available:
- Add manually: you directly enter the information yourself.
- Add using AI (coming soon): automatic suggestion of competitors to track.
Manual Creation Steps
- General Information: competitor name, logo, website, description, pricing model.
- Miracle Solutions: the key selling points or advantages highlighted by this competitor.
- Landmines: the weaknesses your teams can use as leverage.
Once all steps are completed, click on Add a Competitor.
Practical Example
Imagine you add a competitor specialized in automated outbound calls:
- Name: “Automated Call Solution”
- Description: Cloud platform that automates appointment scheduling.
- Pricing: Freemium model with paid options.
- Miracle Solutions: “Save time”, “Automate prospecting”.
- Landmines: “High dependency on scripts”, “Not suitable for complex conversations”.
With this data, your teams will immediately be able to identify differentiating arguments and prepare tailored responses.
Managing and Updating Your Competitors
- Activation/Deactivation: use the toggle to make a competitor active or inactive.
- Deletion: click on the trash icon to remove an outdated competitor.
- Update: regularly update the information to stay aligned with market developments.

There is no strict limit, but we recommend focusing on 5 to 10 strategic competitors.
Can I modify the information after adding it?
