The Call Types section in AIRO Coach allows you to categorize calls (such as prospecting, demo, negotiation, or support) to automatically analyze conversations and assess performance based on call context. Create and manage call types in AIRO Coach
1. Access call type management and filter your view
Navigate to your Empower settings and filter your call types dashboard to view default or custom categories.
Open the Settings menu in Empower.
In the left navigation sidebar, click on the AIRO Coach tab.
Click on Call Types.
Select your preferred view tab: All, Created by me, or Created by others.
2. Add a new call type and define prompt objectives
Establish the title and goal prompt for your new call type classification.
Click on the Add a Call Type button to open the creation window.
Type a clear and descriptive Call Type Name (e.g., "Discovery Call" or "Negotiation Call").
Enter a Prompt describing the goal of the call type (e.g., "How to conduct an effective discovery call to identify the client's needs?").
Click on Add a Call Type to save and activate your new category.
Clear prompts help Empower's AI accurately evaluate agent performance and score conversation milestones according to the specific context of each call type.
