This guide describes the steps visible in the screenshots of Pitch Room: accessing personas, creating a new persona (New persona), assigning it to users or groups (Users and groups), starting a call from a persona profile, and accessing the analysis screen after the call.
1) Accessing Pitch Room
From the Empower interface, open Pitch Room. The screen displays persona cards. Each card shows at least:
- the persona’s name (e.g. “Emma Duarte”),
- the role and industry (e.g. “ Marketing Manager | Retail”),
- a summary of the profile (behavior, expectations, negotiation style),
- possible tags/scenarios visible on the card (e.g. “Kobayashi Maru”).
2) Create a new persona
Click the button to create a persona (visible in the screenshots as a “New persona” flow). You’ll arrive on a configuration screen with several sections displayed in the sidebar (e.g. Basic setup, Call setup, sometimes labeled “ Call configuration” depending on the screenshot, Behavioral traits, Users and groups).
2.1 Basic setup
Fill in the fields visible in the screenshot (e.g. Name, Role, Industry, Company size, Level). The labels and options displayed on the screen guide your input.
2.2 Call setup
Complete the information related to the call context (labels as shown in your screenshot). This step defines the simulation content on the persona’s side.
2.3 Behavioral traits
Select the persona’s traits (behavior, communication style, etc.) as shown. These settings affect how the persona reacts during the training call.
2.4 Users and groups
In the Users and groups tab (visible in the screenshot: “Users added (0) / Groups added (0)”), add the people and/or teams authorized to use this persona.
Once all sections are completed, validate by clicking the Create persona button (visible at the bottom of the screen).
3) Assign the persona to a user/team
The assignment is done from the Users and groups step during creation (see above), or by reopening an existing persona and accessing the same section if the button/tab is available.
- Open the relevant persona.
- Go to Users and groups.
- Add one or more users and/or groups (as shown in the screenshot).
- Save.
4) Start a training call
From a persona profile (e.g. “Emma Duarte” card opened), use the action button visible in the screenshot to start the call (button label/CTA as displayed in your interface).
- If prompted by the browser, allow microphone access.
- Control your microphone and end the call using the button displayed on screen (as shown in the screenshot).
5) Where to find the post-call analysis
After the call ends, an analysis screen appears (as shown in the dedicated screenshot). Review the visible elements (e.g. summary, labels, or sections shown on that screen). The exact title and displayed blocks may vary depending on your version.
6) Example of use
Once your personas are configured, you can use them to perform training calls. The example below describes a simple scenario visible in the screenshots.
- Select a persona: in Pitch Room, open the desired persona card (e.g. Emma Duarte – Marketing Manager | Retail).
- Start a call: click the action button displayed on the persona page to begin the training call.
- Interact: speak normally with the persona. The AI responds based on the defined parameters (level, behavior, objections, etc.).
- End the call: click the End button or equivalent when the simulation is finished.
- View the analysis: a summary screen automatically appears after the call. It displays the persona’s name and a session summary.
This example illustrates a common use case: allowing an agent to practice with an assigned persona, test different sales arguments, and observe the persona’s reactions in real time.
Good to know
- The labels in this guide match those visible in the screenshots (e.g. “New persona”, “Users and groups”).
- If a label differs between screenshots (e.g. “Call setup” vs. “Call configuration”), follow the wording that appears in your interface at the time of use.
- This guide includes only the functionalities visible in the provided screenshots.
