Freshservice is a cloud-based IT service management (ITSM) solution developed by Freshworks. It enables companies to manage IT incidents, problems, changes, and assets, while providing automation tools and performance tracking.
Ringover integration in the Freshservice allows you to:
- Automatic ticket creation for calls and SMS
- Recordings and transcriptions
- Synchronisation notes et tags
- Contacts Synchronisation
Now, let's proceed with the tool integration 📳
Prerequisites:
- You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to benefit from this integration 💳
- The integration must be performed by an administrative or technical account in Ringover 👨💼
- The integration needs to be installed by a Freshservice administrator account
Step 1: Activation
- 💻 Go to Dashboard>Store>Integration,
- Search for "Freshservice " and click on "Activate",
- Enter the domain URL of your Freshservice CRM
- Enter your API key,
- And finally the ID of your Workspace.
Step 2: Configure your Freshservice Integration
Customize the behavior of the integration based on your requirements through the settings. To do this, go back to Dashboard> Store> Integration and click on 'Configure' next to Freshservice:
