The Snooze feature is introduced as a useful tool that helps users manage their incoming calls more effectively by allowing them to temporarily postpone call notifications. Snooze provides flexibility and control over workflow, allowing users to focus on priority tasks or moments of concentration without interruptions.
How to activate and use the Snooze
- 💻 Go to your Ringover Webapp
- Click on the Snooze icon located at the bottom right of your dialer (indicated by a red circle)
- Select your Snooze status or reason, or set a timer

- To set a timer, click on the "Set a timer" button. ⏱️ Then, you'll need to set the time you want to be in Snooze and select your status.
Once the status is selected, you'll see a timer above the Snooze icon, allowing you to keep clear track of your downtime. This will enable you to manage your time more effectively.
How to deactivate Snooze
- 💻 Go to your Ringover Webapp
- Click on the Snooze icon
- Click on the "I'm available" button
Creating and customizing Snooze statuses
You can add custom Snooze statuses or reasons for your users. This way, they can be more specific about why they prefer not to be disturbed.
Prerequisites:

- ⚠️ You must be an account administrator to access this feature.
- 💻 Go to your Dashboard> Settings> Snooze
- Click on the "Create a Snooze" button at the top of the screen
- Customize the new Snooze status or reason according to your needs
- Click on the "Save Snooze" button
- 🖊️ Customize an existing Snooze status or reason by clicking on the "Edit" icon located to the right of it (indicated by a red circle)
- The new custom Snooze will be available for all your users
