Creating workflow
The steps for creating a workflow are as follows:
Step 1. Go to workflows
Step 2. Select Create Workflow > From Scratch
Step 3. Select the “Contact-based” section > Blank Workflow
Step 4. Select Action as “Send a webhook” and set the following parameters
- A. Method: POST
- B. Webhook URL: cadence-api.ringover.com/v2/webhook/hubspot/workflow
Step 5. Click on Save
Step 6. Click on the “Unnamed Workflow —” to set up the name. Set the name as “Import to cadence” and add a description
Step 7. Select “Review and Publish” on the top right.
Step 8. Please ensure you allow “Re-enrollment of contacts”
Step 9. Turn on the workflow.
Steps to Use the Workflow
The steps for using a workflow are as follows:
Step 1. You can go to the contact list and select the contacts you want to import to Cadence.
Step 2. Click “More” and select “Enroll in workflow”
Step 3. After the success message is received go to the cadence page and click “Import” on the top right
Step 4. Select the leads you would like to import, Select the cadence from the dropdown and click “Add” to import
A. When no Status the contact is not present in cadence. Simply add the contact to the tool by selecting it and clicking “Add”
B. Active - This shows that the contact is already present in the tool and currently has a cadence running.
C. Error - Clicking an “Error” message gives information about why the lead cannot be imported. When a “User not present in cadence” error is found, it implies that the user is not signed up with cadence, so the user must be added to the tool to allow imports
