AIRO coach templates in Empower allow you to structure automated coaching scenarios, guide agents through competitor objection handling, and align call evaluations with specific products and frameworks. In this guide, you’ll learn how to navigate to AIRO coach settings, build custom coaching templates, assign target users, and manage existing templates.
Create and configure AIRO Coach templates
1. Access AIRO coach settings and filter templates
Navigate to your Empower coaching settings and filter your template view.
Log in to your Empower account
Go to the AIRO coach section in the main navigation menu
Select AIRO coach templates to open your template management dashboard
Select your preferred view tab: All, Active, or Disabled
2. Create a new template and define scenario parameters
Establish the core identity, target call type, competitor context, and objection rules for your template.
Click on the Create button to start a new template.
Type a descriptive Name for your template in the text field.

Select the relevant Competitor associated with this coaching scenario (🔗 How to create competitor profiles in AIRO Coach).
Choose the specific Product you want to focus on (🔗 How to add your products on Airo Coach).
Select the specific Objections to include in this coaching template (🔗 How to set up objections in AIRO Coach).
3. Link evaluation frameworks, assign users, and save
Attach an evaluation framework, select team members, and activate your template.
Click on the Arrow icon (dropdown) to choose the corresponding Framework for call evaluation.
Search for and Add your users or team profiles who will be evaluated with this template.
Click on Save template to activate your configuration.
You can modify or edit any created template at any time by selecting it from your template list and clicking Edit.
